Satisfactory Academic Progress
All students who receive any federal and/or state financial aid are subject to Satisfactory Academic Progress (SAP) Regulations. This policy requires the Financial Aid Office to monitor students after each enrollment period to ensure that students meet their program’s required GPA, course completion, and maximum time frame requirements. Students will be notified by email if they do not meet the requirements, along with instructions for how to respond to the notification.
The policies are outlined in great detail in the following documents:
- Satisfactory Academic Progress Regulations for Undergraduate Students
- Satisfactory Academic Progress Regulations for Teachers Certification Students and Students Seeking a Second Bachelor’s Degree
- Satisfactory Academic Progress Regulations for Graduate Students
